By far the best of these types of trainings i have participated in.

ICS 400 and further training at "larger view"level. Also pushing lessons learned out to my department and sister agencies.

The hands on portion was extremely valuable. also hazard mitigation knowledge.

ICS review, which is normally covered ad nauseum in most other courses. This was negligible here though.

Continue to improve the simulation software. It is functional at present through and provides good scenarios.

Tactical training in paramedicine/intigration with law enforcement.

The simulations training.

The complexe coordinated attack and area command seemed rushed. I left wanting to learn more in both of these areas.

The course was so well run that I have little to no suggestions of improving the course. Perhaps add a fourth day to cover area command, EOC support, and CCA.

The practical exercises and functioning in the different roles. Then actually having to think of then do the job responsibilities instead of just saying so.

I would have loved to have had more time in the role playing. The more I did it the more comfortable I felt.
