Computers. I think being able to incorporate live training with sim rounds would enhance this class.

Practical application, I was put into roles that I do not normally do from a day to day basis.

Any type of incident management, I am fairly new to law enforcement so it was an eye opener to be able to jump into those higher management roles and attempt to be successful.
