Enabling participants to 'play' in the virtual environment on lunch or break may increase participant buy in during scenarios and have them maintain a higher level of professionalism rather than run around 'exploring'.

The practical exercises and engaging with the instructors and students together in that environment. The simulated events allowed us to accurately measure what we had learned in a real time environment.

None. It was all valuable.

This course was a good balance of classroom and practical exercises. I would only suggest doing more simulations if possible.

More training in large scale crisis incident management.
