Additional software/Computers. Because the incidents were vast it would be nice to have a class double the size with the resources instead of ghosting units. Also Utilizing more than one classroom if available to set the contact teams, rtfs in seperate areas from the actual IC areas.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Basic tactical for fire department would be beneficial.

Better Aligned with the Current AA County ICS functions.

Realistic, on the Incident of a Vehicle that Crashed into the Airport, this would be a single unit type of MVC incident. Contact Teams would not have been dispatched first. Keep it real!.

Continue to work on Cooperative Training between Agencies.

Take away Fire Based RTF's!!! They do not work!! too time consuming and not effective in an active shooter.
