Hands on learning was great, walking thru situations and having a chance to do the tasks in a scenerio made it come together. I also like that the instructors had personal stories to relate to the topics.

I think the class was well run, no least valuable part. All was great and helpful information.

Set dispatch in a separate room so LEO and FIRE/EMS rely on them more, similar to real world.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would recommend everyone refresh themselves in ICS 300, there were clearly some in this room that needed it.
