I would like to see if you can add tags to patients that have already been talked to, so not multiple people look at the same person.

Practical exercies operating in a crew of RTF, or staging, triage, or transport.

Area command - good to get my feet wet. I don't have enough experiece to really know how to actually operate in this position.

There were people of high rank in this class who on multiple occasions were always in low level roles. While this isn't bad, it would have given them better oportunity to practice their skills by putting them in more appropriate positions.

Hands-on scenarios based on the ability to be placed in the individual positions and work through problems with simulated stressors.

Provide more thorough instruction on operations of the computer simulated program to ensure that all operators understand how to move, triage patients, tag patients, move/load patients. Remove the computer learning curve from the scenario portion.

Continued ICS role playing and working through scenario based training.
