Exercises. As a hospital employee, there was little involvement and most of the exercises were of little benefit.

Structure the exercises to ensure that everything has defined tasks to do, including hospitals.

Working directly with law enforcement.

It would have been more helpful to have more instruction on the computer program before beginning. We were told to just play around instead of showing us what we needed to know to accomplish the tasks.

Consider separating law enforcement and fire/ems until they have their parts down.
