I THINK THIS TRAINING WOULD BE GREAT IF IT COULD INCLUDE 911 CALLS THAT DISPATCH TAKES TO GATHER INFORMATION THAT WILL THEN BE RELAYED AT THE TIME OF DISPATCH.
