Need to separate some of the work stations to make it more real life. By seperating you stop people from just leaning over and talking. It will also help the radio issues as you are not stepping on each other.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Inter agency training and overall inner agency training on MCI and active threat situations. Incorporating the SWAT medics in as they do not fall under the RTFs.

The hands on portion. I was able to fill roles I do not normally fill in real life.

Overall, I believe time management was excellent. The instructors were able to keep the group on task and maintain a professional learning environment.
