At my current position I feel that the on the ground response training was most valuable, but seeing and being hands on with the supervisory roles was also a great learning experience.

Some of the aspects of the fire/ems side due to my law enforcement role.

The only improvement I feel could be applied is more diverse simulations.

Going over what case study looks like, implementation of structures more, moving individuals to various positions to expose them to various roles.

Field training, tactics ETC, to be able to learn to implement these ideas and ways from this course for officers in my position being entry teams.
