A lot of exercises got monotomous.

Seemed like some attendees got to do more of the supervisor/admin calls more and others did not get to do, but were the first on scene.

The ability to run scenarios with the equipment supplied made it more realistic.

If all personnel are not familiar with this program and practiced or trained, I find it difficult for it to occur. The course showed the need for personnel to be fluent with the procedures however most are not.

Additional incident mgt training for these situations.
