Running dispatch supervisor mainly because after giving out the initial call you basically just sit back and watch.

I loved this course it was fantastic and fun and it made me confident if an event would occur.

The practical exercises. So many do not include any form of communications, or it is very basic. We were used effectively and directly involved throughout each portion of the training.

There truly wasn't any. This was the only training I have ever attended where there wasn't just "fluff". It was all practical, useful information.

I have ejoyed this class, the instructors were great and I would like to see more from my department attend.

I would like to attend more trainings like this and possibly the fbi training for negotiators in communications.
