Which part(s) of the course was MOST valuable to you. Please explain why.

Seeing the practical setup of command post, staging, tactical, triage and transport. Seeing the whole incident being set up from start to finish and the issues that arise gave me a completely different perspective.. It was great to have the incident commander and PIO give a brief press conference as well.

Setting training for our dispatchers. These types of classes are limited in our area. Overall excelllent presentation of information.
