The hands on exercises. Being able to cycle through the various roles was integral.

Based on my Fire Department experience with IC operations, it took a little getting used having all the positions set up beforehand and not actually having to prop them up. Had to readjust my frame of thinking.

Great great course. This is an area that I am passionate about and I learned a lot.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I am ALERT AIIR II Train-the-trainer certified, thus I think that course is a must have so that the first responder/commanding officer understand both sides.

I am EMS. There was a lot of lecture for law enforcement that did not pertain to me.

Possibly consider breakout groups for fire/ems during law enforcement specific lectures.
