I believe everyone if able to be a in a supervisor role. If not each person should be shown the different boards at supervisors roles to know what to look for/do.

Management and working with local EMS/Fire to understand their needs and capabilities.

The simulations, although a little PC game like, they were really good at simulating the time the incident would take.

It seemed that only one scenario selected me to do something other than an engine. Sheer luck placed me in TTT twice.

Overall the course is great and simulation was very beneficial. I do believe some glitches exist within the simulation but was still very good.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

MGT 314 would be very beneficial as I think I would be more valuable to the scenarios understanding the task better.
