The hands on learning. The time to learn, make mistakes, and grow is in training while keeping in mind that when an incident happens rely on the people around you to be a team continuously working together!.

Thought this class was great, computers were good but could also be just as fine with table top and moving chips around. Some times moving the people took away from the true aspects of the course.

Getting more training in the hot seat at different roles.

The entire class was extremely valuable. The power point presentations seamlessly led in to the practical application. This made it easier to comprehend the material, and allowed me to be more confident and submersed in my given role.
