THE SCENARIOS WERE THE MOST IMPORTANT. IT'S ONE THING TO LEARN THEORY; IT'S ANOTHER TO SEE IT IN ACTION. THAT IS WHERE WE CAN REALLY SEE ALL OF THE NEWLY LEARNED SKILLS PUT INTO ACTION.

THE SLIDES FOLLOWED THE BOOK CHAPTERS VERY CLOSELY, AND THE LECTURES WERE INVAUABLE, SO IT IS WITH THAT THAT I SAY THE NEED FOR TEXTBOOKS IS NO TOO GREAT.

NOTHING THAT I CAN SEE NEEDS ACTUAL IMPROVEMENT-VERY WELL EXECUTED CLASS.

DIRECT CONTACT WITH A POTETIAL HOSTAGE TAKER AND OR KNOWING HOW TO TALK TO SOMEONE LIKE THAT IN THE EVENT THAT THEY CALL INTO A PSAP AND WE NEED TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY WITH HIM.
