The entire course was valuable as a patrol officer. Understanding what upper levels do in these incidents helps be give important information that will get me better resources.

The computer based program is difficult for non gamers.

The Debriefs were way too long. I would like to have discussed and debriefed prior active shooter events in more detail than provided.
