The repetition. The more experiences we have applying the tactics requires to successfully manage the event, the better we become.

The computer simulation. It seemed cumbersome at times. People struggled with getting the simulation to do what they wanted and that detracted from the thought process of getting through the evolutions.

This was a very well run course, that I learned a tremendous amount of valuable education form.

Additonal leadership courses that go with this to further what I can do to assist local agencies now that I have gained this knowledge.
