After day two EMS was kind of boring unless you sat in a triage or transport role. If not it was redundant. Exercises after day two seemed to be more suited for LE.

Learing the RTF rolls because we would have otherwise left our medics out of it till it was cleared.

I liked the group exercise that we talked through what we would do.

I had a hart time with computers and felt that made it hard to get as much from the exercises.
