I'd like to attend more of these trainings. In a leadership position, it's essential that we keep up with preparing for these type of unfortunate events.

The practical exercises, they actually put you into various roles and the more you did you understood what was going on around you and what needed to happen on various fronts.

More repetitions I feel is what would make me better in this area. Even if they are simulated, they make you think about deploying resources and tracking everything that goes on around you.
