The cops in the scenarios should have some of there medical aid abilities removed to make it more realistic for EMS.

The practical exercises after instruction worked very well to drive home this training, and provide an idea of how these tactics and ideas would be applied in a real world scenario, while also exposing potential issues and things to be aware of.
