Learning the fire, EMS, and PD side of how they would operate in these situations.

That it couldn't be more tailored to how dispatch would be in our center for this type of event.

If the CAD system was more complex such that you could see who is on what squad or more like most CADs dispatch centers use it would be more realistic for dispatch.

We will try to get dispatch some hostage negotiator training.
