Being able to have supervisor roles as well as different branches.

The RTF section. As it part of the overall scenario, the overall tactics are not real, people would freelance because its a game. I understand you need to fill roles, but I found it more beneficial filling the ICS roles and branches.

For firefighter have them work more with the LE in the LE branches to obtain a better understanding of what roles and responsibilities are on an active shooter.

Separate groups that would not be in the same room (able to talk when they wouldn't be able to in real life). Wasn't practical in our training location, but would have increased realism.
