Limiting the flow of units and having everyone here to start real world won't be the same. assess coming from everywhere.

Junior troopers involved to give them the knowledge since they will be the first on scene.

Basic cqb training to have an understanding of the roles.

The scenarios reinforced the power point presentation and instruction.

I took this a few years back in LE position, this time I took in a EMS/Fire position which was valuable to experience both disciplines. 11 scenarios was grueling but practice makes perfect.

Learning the LE side as a EMT and being in command working directly with LE gave a completely different view point then what we are typically exposed to in real life.

Area Command. Yes, needed with multiple scenes, but with the other scenes being on the table top it did not affect most of us.

Really liked that the instructors did not just power point us to death or have to turn and read.
