For me only, the practical portion. I have participated in multiple unified command practicals for years. I always learn something, this was just the least.

I would incorporate the naming of command, staging locations, etc.

Being able to play a role in all the command roles, made me a better commander individually.

When waiting in staging, and we didn't have roles, or maybe the roles were a scribe, I felt as though, I could have been bettering my self by doing other things.
