Learning what the field/ground units are doing and their primary task so I can better prepared and speculate what they will want/need next.

I feel like there should be a larger Communications/Dispatch portion for these types of training they are very field oriented and that is a needed aspect but dispatch aspect is where it starts and is a critical link throughout the incidents.

Negotiations and bomb squad just for education.
