Being able to act in different roles. Each role is so different, it was incredibly valuable to be able to rotate through all of them.

Most well put together training I've ever been to, regardless of topic. Only suggestion would be have coffee available for everyone all 3 days. It was greatly appreciated on the last day.

Overall incident management, not just for active shooter.

The hands on portions of the course were excellent. It was great to actually perform the roles in a real world setting.

Some of the simulations weren't very valuable, for example driving the ambulance.

The software needs to be corrected so that there are not as many bugs.

I would like to continue my education on incident management.
