The interactive part. it allowed me to see gaps in our communication and training. we will be addressing predetermined rolls and responsibilities. how, when, and what to communicate.

This class on a smaller scale more often would be invaluable to our county. so we can rehearse more often.

More tactical training, hands on, role play with scenarios. ALERRT, TCCC or TECC.
