The practical exercises. Law enforcement typically does understand ICS as much. Practice and repetition is the only thing that seems to help.

The hands on portions made this training great! Not "death by powerpoint" which is appreciated.

I got a little bit lost in remembering what the accronyms were. It would be helpful if maybe they were stressed more, or not used as much.

Not enough computers for scenarios. Stood around doing nothing a couple of times.
