This was a very interesting class and i have learned a lot with this class on active shooting and management would like to see other officers in our agency be able to attend this class.

The way they break down assignments due to the individuals background. Police, Fire, PIO.

I would keep in mind the current climate of law enforcement and the area where the training is being hosted. Example: Maryland our tactics are a little more geared to slow things down whenever the opportunity presents itself. Not at the decision of the first on scene, but command.

PIO training, and Incident Commander.
