RTF issues with the way it was set up can cause confusion on services that do not run Fire based EMS.

Use as many real life incidents to discuss all the different types that have happened.

Stronger view and actions with the RTFs in order to stop teh dying.

Don't lump EMS & Fire together universally... ie: in this region there is no Fire based EMS.

Continued simulation with evolving roles, it was great to be able to practice multiple roles during the three day training event. The simulations were most valuable, allowing us to apply the didactic portion to a simulated event.

A larger course with more simulation would be beneficial for the coordinated attack exercies. It was tough to deploy with simulated resources.

Reinforcement of incident command within my agency and municipality.
